The School of Conscious Communication is looking to fill a missing niche in the overall educational requirements of individuals, groups, organizations and communities. It is school that has a 'whole system', the Inflow Matrix, which is the holistic mapping system developed by Ian Dakers, the founder of the school. Our unique offering is we have a way to create a cognitive knowledge structure that will, like wine, improve with age. This knowledge structure rather than being a passive container, is a life long learning mechanism, with a built in feedback mechanism to continually monitor and improve communication.
To consciously communicate means to have a way to break the unconscious patterns that dominate our day to day communication. If you do not have a way to monitor and transform these patterns, we are bound to repeat them over and over again for the rest of our lives. We speak and listen though our unconscious knowledge structure that contains our beliefs and values.
The old paradigm way of learning we have grown up with is based upon a very mechanical worldview. We learn seperate pieces where we have no idea how they relate to everything else we know. We learn outdated knowledge, information and facts from teachers that are there because they are being paid, not because they developed the knowledge themselves or really love the field they are in.
These teachers are generally overstressed, in a very tense environment, just making do with what they have. They teach a curriculum that they had no part in designing and then have a testing system that creates a broad standard but does not allow for the creative gifts and talents of the student (or teacher) to be developed and nurtured.
The School of Conscious Communication's curriculum focuses on developing the gifts and talents of everyone involved in the learning/teaching process. This is done through a very unique way through the power of stories.
Our school is divided into 3 different levels according to where a particular individual or group is on their journey.
The first level is for Originators, people or organizations that have developed their own original knowledge. There js a Program Development Process that they go through to create a series of courses and modules to structure their knowledge into something that can be taught, either online, offline or both. The School of Conscious Communication then provides them with an online e--learning system and/or offline learning system and/or marketing system to get their knowledge out into the world.
The second level is for Facilitators, these are people that have decided to teach knowledge from one or more Originators. Their first goal is to learn the Inflow Matrix, the primary cognitive operating system, that is the structure to integrate the different knowledge fields they will be putting together in their own teaching programs.
The main tool they will use is the Harmonizer table, the primary communication tool of the School of Conscious Communication. The Harmonizer Table is used to bring together Master Mind Teams which is the primary product of the Facilitator.
The third level are the students, these being the people that are looking to learn whatever programs, courses and modules that are being offered by Originators or Facilitators.
The School of Conscious Communication will be using the latest web technology to put together a virtual school that is continually learning and growing and identifying the best processes for people to learn through. A large focus is on assisting everyone to gain sustainability with their own particular gifts and talents.
The first program being offered is EMERGENCE, a faciitator Training program put together by the school founder, Ian Dakers. This program will bring into the world the first 9 facilitators for the Harmonizer Table. This idea has been developed and beta tested for 12 years. It is now ready to come into the world.
