Facilitators from the School of Conscious Communication have one trait in common, they are dedicated to their own path of Self-Discovery. You cannot consciously communicate without a great deal of self-reflection.

Facilitators have to be able to spot their own communication patterns and the patterns of others.They have to be able to move a group from one conversation type to another in all of the different game boards that are available.

There are 3 Levels of Facilitators:

Level 1 Apprentice Facilitator

These people have completed the Apprentice Facilitator's Training Program and met all the required standards of excellence.

Level 2 Professional Facilitator

These people have completed and passed the Apprentice & Professional Facilitators Training Program and met all of the required standards of excellence.

Level 3 Master Facilitator

These people have completed the Apprentice, Professional & Master Facilitator's Training Program and met all the required standards of excellence.
