To originate something means that the source of the knowledge you are teaching is your own. There are many teachers out there that are teaching someone else's work or some text books they have memorized. The School of Conscious Communication is not a place for such teachers.

The Originators in this school may not be well known. They may have no credentials. What they do have is a body of knowledge they can call their own that is of exceptionally high quality.

You may be an originator. After years and years of working and researching you discovered something original. That knowledge needs to come out into the world.

The model above shows that the School of Conscious Communication is a 3 tiered network. At the top are Originators that have a field of knowledge and what they need is first a process to put that knowledge into a program that they can then teach to either other originators (Sage), facilitators (Teacher of Teachers)and/or students (Teacher).

The School of Conscious Communication provides a Program Development Process to design a teaching program based upon your gifts and talents. This is the start. Then the school provides both an online and offline learning system to teach this program to either Originators, Facilitators and/or Students. The Originators will take it to connect into their own work, the Facilitators will learn it to add to their modules which they can then teach so it is a good way to get your work into the world. The Students will take it to add to their life long learning and apply it in their own way to their own.

The School of Conscious Communication is not interested in promoting knowledge that is maintaining the current status quo and beliefs in an outdated system. If you are an Originator with a sustainable solution, your knowledge is important to get into the world!

The world's problems are being created by the paradigm of thinking that continues itself through the institutions that support this paradigm. The assumptions of the Industrial Age of Thinking no longer are useful to us as a species. In fact they are killing us. We need new ideas, new ways of seeing and especially of communicating.

To consciously communicate means to be present in the moment. It means to tap into a completely unique way of being. It does not mean to go to someone else for your truth, it is to find your own. The originators have done just this and they have a piece of the puzzle that will be helpful to you on your journey. But eventually you have to find your place and purpose for yourself.

The originators may be looking to train facilitators to pass on their knowledge but this is just a step. At some point you will be your own originator. Every person here stands on the shoulders of giants. We all have so many ancestors that have come before us that paved the way to where we are now.
