Most of our thought is unconscious - it is fundamentally inaccessible to our direct introspection. Our thinking occurs so fast, we cannot see what we are saying. We all have systems of concepts that we use in thinking, yet we do not know how they are arranged. We draw conclusions instantly in a conversation, but we cannot consciously look at how we came up with the interpretation we did.

Until we find a way to slow down our choices and examine how we are communicating, we are essentially reacting with patterns of thought and speech that were conditioned into us at a very early age.

To do so there needs to be an innovative, integrated system of tools and processes to assist us to consciously communcate so we can form new patterns of conversation that better fit a chosen value system, one we designed ourselves.
