EMERGENCE Apprentice Facilitator Training Program
For the Facilitator:
1. A new game like tool that is very adaptable to any context.
2. A way to add another revenue stream to your business.
3. A resource that will continue to grow in its applications the more that you use it, and each new card set or gameboard will integrate with the Harmonizer Table.
4. The Harmonizer Table is something that you can act as a distributor for.
For the Group:
1. A custom designable communication process that is simple to do and yet highly adapatable which breaks people out of their normal patterns of thought and speech.
2. A tool that teaches systems thinking to all the participants and expands the consciousness of all those involved as you gain a shared meaning of the issue, question, or problem that is the intention of the session.
3. A fun way to deal with conflict resolution or other harder communications that have to take place to regain the synergy of the group.
4. It builds up a confidence that the group can get through its challenges because now you have a process to make insights amnd breakthroughs in regards to any issue.
For the Individual:
1. A self development tool that creates a safe atmosphere ot be more authentic and honest with oneself and others.
2. A game like experience to practice your listening and speaking skills.
3. A random generating prespective to see a problem, question, or issue in a new way.
4. A way to get group feedback, intuitions, and insights into areas that you may have a hard time seeing or finding a solution to.
